Notes for Isaac Bradshaw - DDirect Ancestor
Isaac was the first Baptist preacher to visit Prince Edward Island, having previously established the Sackville, N.B. church. He relocated to Bedeque, PEI. He was reported to have been visited by the Methodists who proposed to build a church and asked Mr. Bradshaw to aid them; and said “the church would be free” to the query the response was “free to whom?” the answer was “free to whom we please” to which Mr. Bradshaw replied “then we will do as we please”.
